Paid Media Coordinator
The GCMG Agency is seeking a Paid Media Coordinator to collaborate with and support our rapidly growing digital marketing team.

Daily responsibilities will include a variety of deliverables involving working closely with the Co-Directors of the agency and other team leaders and members to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns
Requirements & Responsibilities

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Marketing, Business, or related field

Based in the Ventura County or Los Angeles County area

2+ years of experience executing, managing, and analyzing B2C performance marketing activity and campaigns, preferably working within an agency

Experience with cross-channel digital marketing analytics (Display, Search, Social) preferred

Monitor performance and activity on an hourly-daily as well as the weekly-monthly basis

Provide input on production of performance-driven creative ad assets, including copy and visual design elements

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills

Must be able to manage various tasks and projects and meet multiple deadlines and objectives with minimal supervision and anticipate next steps and needs

Must be able to work in a team as well as independently
